A superb opportunity for a Corporate Partner to join a first rate and dynamic team based out of the firm's prestigious Manchester office. This role will appeal to individuals with proven technical and marketing skills who are looking for a more challenging role and say in the direction of the firm.

Acting on behalf of corporate and individual entrepreneurs, the firm attracts high quality corporate work, representing the full spectrum of corporate deals activity including multi million pound acquisitions, disposals, MBO/MBI and joint ventures.

The firm prides itself on a friendly and responsive approach to clients and a decided lack of arrogance. Aiming always to put the client first their lawyers are not over managed but high standards are expected in all aspects of their work.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with good business acumen and the ability to work under pressure who will immediately integrate within a co-operative and inspirational environment.
