Corporate Solicitor

Our client is an international organisation with market leading businesses throughout Europe, the Middle East and beyond.

They are seeking to recruit a Corporate Associate to be based in the Manchester office.

The Corporate group provides a wide range of legal services to a diverse clientbase, ranging from young entrepreneurial businessesto substantial public and private companies and long established household names.

Ideally with between 2/4 years pqe the role wil involve supporting the partners on a broad range of corporate transactions to include M&A, equity capital markets work, cross-border transactions, group reorganisations and some private equity work.

The successful candidate will demonstrate to work independently and as part of a team and have a proactive approach not only to technical development but to practice development.
