Corporate Solicitor

Our client is a well-established integrated corporate and commercial law firm . The Corporate Finance department is spread across the firms three Yorkshire offices and has an enviable reputation for the quality of its work and its client. The corporate team acts for many leading businesses and individuals in the region and undertakes both UK and cross-border transactions.  They are seeking to strengthen and expand the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with up to 7 years PQE experience in corporate transactions to assist us with our growing workload.

The role based in York, will involve dealing with clients, attending meetings with other professionals, the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of corporate documents including share and asset purchase and sale agreements, shareholders agreements, articles of association and partnership/LLP constitutions, merger/demerger agreements, loan documentation and share options.  The workload is varied, interesting and of high quality.
