Corporate/Commercial Solicitor

Highly successful full service law firm seeks solicitor to join the Corporate/Commercial team.

The role will be based in the firms Sheffield office, assisting the partner with a mix of transactional work and general commercial contract work.The clientbase is varied and consists of PLC's and large company clients as well as SME's and owner managed and family owned businesses. Some experience of IP/IT work would be ideal.
