Our client is a premier asset-based lending litigation and recovery law firm, operating as an ABS, recognised as the most experienced and sector-focused nationwide. As one of the largest asset and motor finance recovery teams outside London, the specialist team assist with asset and motor finance collections, and standard litigation including the return of goods and money claims and enforcement amongst other services. Their expertise in the asset finance sector means they work with several market participants with first-hand knowledge of the industry.

An opportunity for a associate, senior associate, legal director level solicitor has arisen within the team.

We would like to hear from commercial litigators with expertise in commercial lending, mortgages, guarantees and asset finance in particular motor finance recoveries.Acting for most major banks building, societies, invoice finance and asset-based lenders including captive motor finance lenders and debt purchasers.

Candidates with either a private practice or in-house relevant background should apply.

The firm have offices in various strategic locations across the UK. .However most of the team work largely remotely.

Salary will be upwards of £90000 plus benefits.
