Associate – Agricultural Property & Estates

About the firm:

This leading national law firm is seeking a highly motivated and talented NQ solicitor to join its Agriculture and Estates team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a renowned team of professionals dedicated to serving clients in the rural and agricultural sector.

Role overview:

The Agriculture and Estates team specialises in providing legal advice and support to clients involved in the rural and agricultural sector. Their services are tailored to clients including individuals, landowners, farmers, rural businesses, and estates.

The team advises on Agricultural Property Transactions, Estate Planning and Succession, Farming Partnerships and Business Structures, Renewable Energy Projects, Environmental and Countryside Matters.

The team:

As a new member of the team, you will work closely with a Partner with many years of experience in acting for landed estates, charities and agricultural clients in connection with their property portfolios, particularly with regard to disposal for land development.

Requirements:

Qualified (NQ-2yrs PQE) or soon-to-be qualified Solicitor.

You will ideally have previous agricultural experience gained during your training or post-qualification. However, those with more general property experience with an interest in specialising in agricultural property matters are encouraged to apply.
