Associate/Senior Associate - Employment

This award-winning regional law firm is recruiting for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its Employment, Pensions and Immigration team based at its Norwich office.

You will be working mainly for employers in the commercial sector and the role will involve working closely with the firm’s established team, led by highly regarded partners.

As a valued member of the team, you will advise and support SME and mid-market private sector businesses local, regionally, nationally and internationally. You will be advising employers on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, as well as engaging in business development activities locally.

You will have 2yrs+ years of employment law experience and have the ability to lead on Employment Tribunal matters and run files with supervision.
