Banking and Finance Lawyer

This full-service Yorkshire law firm is looking to add a Banking and Finance solicitor to their team across York and Hull. Candidates with all levels of PQE are encouraged to apply. Solicitors who work in other legal areas but who have knowledge and experience of the banking sector will also be considered.

The team has extensive experience providing sector-specific support and commercially astute advice to both lenders and borrowers.

Assisting with lending and facility agreements, international financing arrangements, guarantees and securitisation are the kind of matters the successful candidate will be working on.

The successful candidate will need to be commercially minded as well as be able to provide a superb level of clear and knowledgeable advice to clients.
