Banking Solicitor

An excellent opportunity for  Banking lawyers looking to handle work of the highest quality.

Our client based in Leeds acts for UK based financial institutions, including the major clearing banks and a number of specialist lenders.

Due to expansion, the team is looking for at least two further banking solicitors with a minimum of 3 years pqe.

On offer is a variety of work including corporate acquisition finance and real estate finance transactions, asset based lending, drafting, reviewing and negotiating banking documents, managing client deadlines and transaction delivery.

You will be joining a dynamic and collaborative team with an exceptional reputation and track record and who have a strong and visible  presence in the North of England.
