About the Role:
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a qualified solicitor to join a high-performing in-house legal team as a Commercial Lawyer. This role offers the chance to provide strategic legal advice to a renowned business, ensuring contractual and compliance matters are expertly managed. You'll join a supportive and award-winning legal team that values collaboration and pragmatic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing expert legal advice across various business areas, including Procurement, Marketing, IT, Logistics, and Healthcare.
• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, such as brand partnerships, software licences, consultancy services, and sponsorship deals.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to manage risks and ensure contracts align with business objectives.
• Enhancing awareness of legal and compliance considerations to enable safe and sustainable business growth.

What You’ll Need:

• Qualified solicitor with at least 3+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial law.
• Proven ability to handle diverse commercial contracts autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with a collaborative approach to building relationships across the business.
• Passion for working within a dynamic and customer-focused industry.
