Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Our client is a highly respected top 100 UK Law firm based in the North West.

They seek to  recruit a commercial litigator to join the team in the Manchester office.

The ideal candidate will have 3/5 years pqe and be able to demonstrate an in depth knowledge of civil procedure and determine appropriately when there is a need for experts, agents or counsel.The workload will comprise of complex and often high value matters which will involve claims of professional negligence, fraud ,director wrongdoing, company disputes and complex contractual disputes.

A good working knowledge of insolvency and company law would be highly desirable.
