Commercial Property Lawyer

This full-service law firm is recruiting a Commercial Property Solicitor for their offices in Yorkshire. Candidates from all levels of PQE are encouraged to apply as training and support will be provided.

The Commercial Property team assists clients nationally with the successful candidate dealing with matters such as landlord and tenant work, property investments, legal assistance with properties and multi-party transactions. The work involved ranges from playing a key part in urban development and regeneration on a national scale to advising large retailers within the leisure sector.

The successful candidate will need to have a keen interest in commercial property and be able to embark on a client-focused approach to achieve the client’s commercial objectives.
