Our client is a national firm providing a diverse range of services to clients in both the private and public sector.

A vacancy has arisen within the commercial property team in Manchester for a senior associate with a proven track record in real estate to include both commercial property and residential property.

The role will be to lead and manage a team providing commercial and residential property support to a key client operating in the supported living sector.

The successful candidate will be the key point of contact for the client and will be expected to project manage the transaction flow in the team to ensure deadlines are met as well as supervise junior members in the team.

Our client is looking for a confident lawyer who can demonstrate a "can do" attitude and the commercial acumen to steer and guide the client in order to achieve their business goals.
