Commercial Property Solicitor

An excellent opportunity for an aspirational commercial property solicitor to join a leading UK law firm specialising in health and social care, life sciences, charity and social enterprises sectors.

The highly regarded team based in the Manchester office are looking for a solicitor ideally with between 3/5 years pqe to advise on a wide variety of matters including both commercial and residential mixed use projects, landlord and tenant and corporate relocations for a diverse range of clients in the Private, Healthcare and "not for profit" sectors.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong technical skills as well as an understanding of the clients' goals. Previous experience within Healthcare or the NHS would be advantageous.
