An excellent opportunity has arisen for a solicitor to join a 15 strong team in order to support the ambitious growth plans within Real Estate. The department deals with a diverse client base which includes developers, housebuilders, private and corporate investors, healthcare stakeholders and landowning/farming clients.

A specialist with at least 3 years pqe, the successful candidate will work on a broad range of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant, investment acquisitions and disposals, and development work and will be excellent at developing and nurturing relationships with clients and intermediaries by participating in marketing and business development opportunites.
