Commercial Property Solicitor

This long-standing Nottinghamshire Law Firm, with a dedicated Commercial Property team, is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor.

Acting for OMBs, landowners, developers, landlords and tenants the firm advises on the full range of commercial property transactions.

You will have experience of handling your own commercial property caseload including business sales and purchases, leases, landlord and tenant issues and property development matters.

In addition to technical expertise, you will be enthusiastic towards building and maintaining lasting client relationships through business development and marketing activities within the local area.

This is an opportunity for a UK qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3yrs+ PQE to join a well-respected Nottinghamshire law firm that offers an attractive lifestyle balance.
