Commercial Technology Solicitor

Our Client has grown into a sector leader with offices across the UK and clients around the world.

Ranked in both Chambers and the Legal 500, the firm is Lexcel accredited in addition to having Investors in People status.

They are looking to grow their team specialising in the Digital sector. They are looking for a solicitor, ideally with a corporate/commercial background. The role will encompass a broad range of commercial contracts , IT supply and support agreements, data protection, intellectual property and corporate support.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years pqe gained with a large National or good quality Regional firm.

You should demonstrate commercial common sense, have a down to earth approach, excellent communication and client care skills and the ability to tailor advice according to the clients specific needs.
