Company Commercial Solicitor

Due to growth, Legal 500 rated firm seeks to recruit a company commercial solicitor to join the team, who currently deal with a broad range of business but with a specific focus on technology businesses.

The role will appeal to a company commercial specialist, ideally with a minimum of 3 years pqe who can demonstrate versatility and ability in dealing commercial and corporate transactions as well as share structures, shareholder agreements, share schemes and general commercial agreements whether for technology or more traditional businesses.

The team are looking for a dynamic lawyer with commercial acumen keen to work in a niche environment and who will actively engage in business development opportunities.
