Construction Associate/Senior Associate

A Construction Associate is needed for this rapidly expanding Yorkshire law firm's office in Leeds. This position welcomes applicants from any construction law specialists with construction-related experience and therefore all applicants interested should apply.

Given that they will be working on both contentious and non-contentious issues, the ideal applicant will have experience working on both. Non-contentious responsibilities will include advising, drafting and reviewing standard form contracts as well as carrying out due diligence. Contentious responsibilities will include acting on behalf of clients in adjudications, arbitrations and attending Court hearings with the client.

The candidate will be actively involved in the growth of the company and closely collaborate with a wide range of professionals, gaining exposure to the firm's clients.
