Construction Solicitor (non-contentious)

Proudly independent Manchester Law firm seeks to recruit a construction solicitor.

Working closely with the commercial property department, the role is primarily non-contentious although the firm can provide support with contentious matters. The firm are looking for construction lawyers with expertise in all areas of development law including site assembly, development agreements, construction contracts, construction due diligence ,construction partnering, procurement, and maintenance contracts.

The successful candidate will have a high level of business acumen in order to deliver commercially tailored advice to clients making a real difference to their project.
