Construction Solicitor (non-contentious)

Renowned Legal 500 rated Yorkshire firm seeks a construction solicitor to join the Construction, Planning and Real Estate team in York.

Acting in particular for a well known household name, the role is non-contentious and will involve dealing with multi -million pound property developments, preparing, reviewing, and assigning collateral warranties, Appointments and Building Contracts, as well as assisting with framework agreements.

The role will ideally suit a solicitor with 5 years + experience and the firm are open to consider flexible or part-time hours.

Alternatively they will also consider a lateral hire,( perhaps a relocation) if a substantial client base will follow.
