Contentious Construction Solicitor

Our client is a full service law firm with a long history and tradition. They now seek to strengthen the existing Construction & Engineering team by recruiting an experienced and established contentious construction lawyer.

The successful candidate will have experience in dealing with construction, engineering and energy disputes including adjudication, arbitration and litigation in the TCC and will have knowledge and experience of allhe major forms of contract including JCT, NEC, FIDIC and IChemE suites.

This is an excellent opportunity for senior fee-earner with the appetite to develop the firms existing contentious Construction & Engineering offering whose clientbase is nationwide.

The firm would would not be adverse to making a lateral hire for the right candidate to augment the team.
