Contentious Probate Solicitor

This dynamic Yorkshire law firm is looking to grow its Contentious Private Client team with vacancies from Associate to Legal Director level in Leeds. Ideally, you would have a minimum of 2 years PQE, however, to join as a Legal Director you would need to demonstrate previous experience of winning new client work.

The successful candidate will work directly with clients facing difficulty often focusing on all aspects of probate and trust litigation and Court of Protection-related mental capacity disputes. Such work may be complex and multi-jurisdictional.
