Conveyancing Paralegal

This regional law firm has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their market town office on a full time basis.

You will be supporting and assisting the Solicitors within the department, which will involve carrying out a range of instructions that will encompass aspects of administration coupled with file management.

The suitable candidate would have experience in carrying out the following tasks: preparation of sales packs, prepare and submit SDLT, land registration forms and dealing with exchange of contracts and completion.
