Corporate Associate / Senior Associate

This leading Legal 500 law firm, with offices across the UK, now seeks to recruit a Corporate Associate / Senior Associate for its Midlands team to be based in Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an active and market-leading corporate team. You will work with the Head of Corporate acting for corporates, financial institutions, and entrepreneurs. Key clients include fashion brands, UK Plc’s etc.

As part of this energetic corporate team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside corporate partners on a broad range of matters including mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and equity capital markets transactions.

You must be at least 3 years' PQE with solid experience within a broad range of corporate matters including mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and equity capital markets transactions.
