Corporate Lawyer

Highly successful boutique law firm seeks to recruit an experienced Corporate Lawyer as part of their continued growth and expansion.

Offering 'big firm' experience across corporate, commercial, real estate and employment the firm is well placed to undertake transactional work across all core commercial disciplines.

The corporate team advises on a wide range of transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, including shares, business and asset sales and purchases; corporate reorganisations and reconstructions; management buyouts and joint ventures.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced corporate lawyer capable of running their own transactions and is likely to have 3 yrs pqe +.

In addition to legal technical expertise you will also have strong client management skills and commercial 'nous'.

You will be joining a friendly, down to earth team where there are excellent prospects for progression. There is a clear pathway to partnership for the right candidate.
