Bespoke commercial practice with offices in North Derbyshire and South Yorkshire seeks to expand their Corporate / Commercial team by appointing an additional Director.

The firm undertakes excellent quality work with high value transactions.

Work is a broad scope of corporate and commercial matters from the acquisition and disposal of businesses to new company start ups, reorganisations and funding as well as a wide variety of commercial agreements.

You may be a Senior Associate or Junior Partner with your current firm and seeking to break through the glass cieling.

It is likely you will already have developed some client following and will bring a network of contacts / intermediaries with you.
