Corporate NQ Solicitor

Our client is a long established and well respected full service law firm based in the centre of Harrogate.

They have an enviable client base across both the corporate and private client departments.

An opportunity has arisen for a NQ solicitor to join the the well structured corporate department. The work will involve a significant amount of M&A support, as well as non- transactional matters around structuring , fundraising and commercial agreements on behalf of SME, Owner Managed, Entreprenurial and HNW Clients.

Ideally the successful candidate will have completed a training seat in corporate and keen to join a collaborative team which is committed to providing an integrated and seamless service to their clients.
