As part of their strategic growth plan, a superb opportunity has arisen for an additional partner to join a first rate and dynamic team. The role will appeal to a senior assistant with proven technical and marketing skills, possibly in line for partnership, or an existing partner looking for a more challenging role.

Acting on behalf of corporate and individual entrepreneurs, the work is of high quality representing the full spectrum of corporate deals activity including multi million pound acquisitions, disposals, MBO/MBI's, joint ventures and share sales.

The firm prides itself on a friendly and responsive approach to clients and a decided lack of arrogance. Aiming always to put the clients first, their lawyers are not over managed but high standards are expected in all aspects of their work.
