About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced lawyer to join a leading firm as a Knowledge Lawyer. This role is designed for a technical expert with the ability to engage colleagues and drive the evolution of knowledge management within the practice area. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing technical delivery, promoting collaboration, and adding value to client services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge Strategy: Work collaboratively with various practice areas and business services to implement and develop the Knowledge Strategy.
• Know-How & Resources: Streamline, standardise, and maintain key precedents/documents, ensuring up-to-date knowledge management via the firm’s intranet and internal resources.
• Process & Technology Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging technology to enhance technical delivery.
• Learning & Development: Facilitate regular training and knowledge-sharing initiatives, incorporating legal developments and organisational needs through various media (briefing notes, training sessions, Q&As, etc.).
• Technical Expertise & Thought Leadership: Act as a key technical resource, staying ahead of legal changes and market trends, and providing expert insights to colleagues.

Candidate Profile:

• A highly experienced lawyer with recent private practice experience in the relevant discipline.
• Strong intellectual rigour with a process-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• Passion for knowledge management and the ability to drive innovation in legal service delivery.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
