Corporate Restructuring Solicitor

Our client is a Top 50 UK law firm which has experienced unprecedented growth in Leeds since the opening of the office.

They now seek to recruit an ambitious and forward- thinking solicitor to join the Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency team in the Leeds office to assist in driving forward their continued success.

The partner specialises in board advisory and transactional matters, including advising on restructuring, turnaround, directors’ duties and distressed business sales.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year pqe and will be working in a dedicated restructuring and insolvency team and will have a mixture of contentious and non-contentious experience. Acting for household name clients, this role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to run with smaller matters independently as well as working alongside partners in the national team on more complex higher profile matters.

The firm has a clear strategy to expand and for the right candidate there is a clear route to swift progression.
