Corporate Restructuring/Insolvency Solicitor

This is an excellent opportunity for an associate solicitor to specialise in Corporate Restructuring/ Insolvency within a Legal 500 top tier firm .

The work is predominantly non-contentious in nature acting for a wide range of clients to include major financial stakeholders, insolvency practitioners, lenders, investors, VC’s, corporates, creditors, directors, shareholders, landlords/tenants and professionals.

The successful candidate will be comfortable in assisting distressed businesses and provide advice on options planning, strategic corporate restructuring and directors duties.

The ideal candidate will have up to 4 years pqe although newly qualifieds with an interest in this area will be considered and will be keen to work with a firm which offers an open and supportive culture.
