Corporate Senior Associate / Legal Director

This well-established and respected law firm in the UK, known for its broad range of legal services, commitment to client satisfaction, and active role in promoting corporate social responsibility is now recruiting for an experienced corporate solicitor.

The team:

Reporting to an experienced Partner, you will join a team specialising in mergers and acquisitions, trade disposals, private equity transactions, company reorganisations, corporate governance arrangements and general corporate law advice.

The firm serves a diverse client base, including corporations, public sector bodies, healthcare providers, educational institutions, and non-profit organisations.

The individual:

You will have 6yrs+ PQE in corporate law having handled your own varied caseload of corporate transactions.
