Operating nationally across all business divisions, the firm continues to attract new clients and quality work at a rate which demands further strengthening of the team and consolidation of their prominent position in the marketplace.

A superb opportunity has arisen within the firm's highly successful team based  for a Partner to join a first rate and dynamic team. Furthermore the appointee will allow the current Head of Department to devote more time to business development responsibilities.

The role will appeal to a senior associate with proven technical and marketing skills, possibly in line for partnership, or an existing partner looking for a more challenging role.

Acting on behalf of corporate and individual entrepreneurs, the work is of high value representing the full spectrum of corporate deals activity including multi-million pound acquisitions, disposals, MBO/MBI, and Joint Ventures.

The firm prides itself on a friendly and responsive approach to clients and a decided lack of arrogance. Aiming always to put the client first, their lawyers are not over managed but high standards are expected in all aspects of their work.
