They now seek a corporate solicitor with experience of working with SME's and OMB's as well as larger organisations to play an important part in supporting the firm's strategic growth plan. In order to deal with the complexities the work entails it is unlikely that the successful candidate will be less than 4 years pqe and will be conversant in the following;

• M&A
• Corporate Finance
• Corporate Restructuring
• Private Equity
• Corporate Governance and Compliance
• Company Secretarial
• Joint Ventures and Collaborations.
