National top 100 commercial law firm seeks a corporate solicitor to join their growing team based in the Leeds office.

Best known as a market leader in the provision of legal advice across the Health and Social Care, Housing, and Local and Central Government sectors, the firm has an increasing profile within the private sector acting for large companies, Investors and SME's.

The national team undertakes a broad range of corporate work including share and asset disposals, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, Joint Ventures and Corporate Advisory work.

The team in Leeds are looking for a corporate transactional lawyer to handle a good mix of work for a broad range of clients.Ideally with 2/4 years pqe, the role will suit an ambitious and motivated lawyer keen to work in a forward thinking, enthusiastic and collaborative environment.
