Corporate Solicitor

An excellent opportunity for a corporate solicitor to join the well established and growing corporate team of a top UK 100 law firm.

Based in the Manchester office, the successful candidate will join a supportive team advising clients on a broad range of corporate transactional work, to include M&A, private equity, buyouts, JV's and corporate reorganisations.

We are keen to talk to solicitors between 1 and 4 years pqe, although would consider suitably trained NQ applicants.
