Corporate Solicitor

The opportunity:

This award-winning East Midlands law firm is now looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor to join its already established and highly regarded team in Nottingham.

The Firm:

Specialising in corporate transactions, the team advises local and national clients on the full range of corporate matters.

With an impressive client portfolio, a modern and flexible approach to work/life balance, and friendly working culture, the firm has successfully attracted and recruited experienced corporate solicitors from ‘big firms’ looking for a new way of working.

Experience:

Either as a newly qualified solicitor or experienced corporate lawyer, you will ideally have experience of handling your own caseload of M&A, corporate reorganisations and reconstructions, MBOs, shareholder agreements and joint ventures.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a close-knit and friendly team, working closely with experienced partners, thereby gaining access to good quality work and clients outside of a large corporate environment.
