Corporate Solicitor

Leading Yorkshire law firm highly ranked by both the  Legal 500 and Chambers Directory now seek to make a strategic hire within the Corporate /Company Commercial department.

The work emphasis will be on corporate transactions,to include M&A,sales and acquisitions, banking and shareholder agreements for a wide variety of the firms clients. These will include PLC's, to family businesses and substantial charities as well as education providers nationwide.

The ideal candidate will be at least 5 years qualified and be keen to progress using their skils to deliver a high quality service to clients. In addition he/she will be happy to engage in business development activities and have genuine ambition and drive.

We are looking for Senior Solicitors or Associates who have reached the glass ceiling in their current position and are looking for genuine partnership prospects.
