Corporate Solicitor

Top 45 law firm seeks a corporate solicitor to join the team based in the Manchester office.

The work will involve advising on mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, trade sales and disposals. In addition the department deals with company formations, reorganisations and restructuring, joint ventures, shareholders agreements and investment agreements as well as providing advice on general company law, compliance and corporate governance.

Ideally with up to 4 years pqe,although a NQ solicitor will be considered .
