Dispute Resolution and Litigation Solicitor

This full service Yorkshire law-firm is recruiting a Litigation and Dispute Resolution Solicitor to add to their expanding team of expert lawyers. The location is flexible because this role can involve hybrid working, hence we encourage candidates surrounding the Yorkshire area to apply. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years PQE however applicants surrounding this bracket are welcome.

On a national level, the litigation and dispute resolution team offers dependable, practical, and commercial advice. Property and land disputes, commercial and residential landlord and tenant work, contentious trust and probate and Inheritance Act claims and agricultural disputes are the kinds of matters that the successful candidate will be dealing with. The firm’s clients are typically high-net-worth individuals.

The successful candidate will need to be commercially minded as well as be able to provide a superb level of client care, acknowledging the importance of having an excellent rapport with clients.
