A leading boutique law firm in the Birmingham area is looking to hire a talented Employment Law Solicitor. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor to join a firm specialising in high-level employment law matters, offering a flexible working environment and great career prospects.

About the Firm:

The firm has been established for over 20 years and was founded by former partners from a top international law firm. They are well-regarded for advising senior executives, directors, and consultants on a wide range of employment law issues such as unfair dismissal, service agreements, bonuses, restrictive covenants, TUPE, whistleblowing, and discrimination claims. They handle high-value, complex cases, often involving high-profile clients.

The Role:

They are seeking a solicitor with 1+ years PQE in employment law to join their growing team. While experience at a large practice is preferred, it is not essential. The role would suit someone with a background advising on claimant matters, or someone willing to transition from doing respondant work.

This is an opportunity to work with a collaborative and experienced group of partners, solicitors, and consultants.
