Employment Solicitor (0-2 PQE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and assistance on a range of client matters, ensuring excellent client service.
• Manage client relationships from engagement through to billing.
• Draft and review legal documents to the highest standard.
• Ensure compliance with file management, audits, and all legislative requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues, Senior Associates, and Partners to achieve team goals.

About You:

• 0-2 years PQE with a strong foundation in employment law.
• Capable of handling straightforward transactions and applying relevant legal principles.
• Ability to use good judgment and work independently, with support available for more complex tasks.
