Employment Solicitor

Our client is a National law firm seeking to recruit a senior associate level employment solicitor to join their highly ranked Education Team.

The role will involve providing pragmatic employment advice to clients in the education sector, in particular advising Schools and Academies on the full range of employment law issues that affect their organisation. A thorough understanding of the practical application of employment law both contentious and non-contentious is required. Whilst experience working with education clients would be advantageous, it is not essential. However the successful candidate should display a strong interest and passion for advising education sector clients, in addition to an enquiring mind and attention to detail and a willingness to accept new challenges. The nature of the work requires the ability to assimilate facts quickly, working to tight timescales and managing own time effectively.

The role can be based out of any of the firm's UK offices in The Midlands, The North West or South West. Hybrid/flexible working patterns will be considered.
