Family Solicitor

Our client is a specialist family law firm with an acclaimed reputation in the field of divorce, ancillary financial relief and associated childcare matters.

They are seeking to expand the team by recruiting at least two further solicitors to be based in Sheffield or Chesterfield.

We are keen to talk to experienced family lawyers with a minimum of 5 years pqe with experience in the following areas;

• Divorce proceedings
• Dissolution of Civil Partnership
• Ancillary Financial Matters; to include high value cases
• Non-Molestation and Occupation Order Proceedings
• Cohabitation disputes
• Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements
• Deed of Separation
• Living together Agreements

The clientbase is varied and includes HNW individuals, entreprenueurs, and professionals.
