Family Solicitor

This full service Yorkshire law firm is recruiting a Family Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive to join their Legal 500 recommended Family department. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 4 years PQE however applicants surrounding this bracket are welcome.

The family law group offers advice to clients on a variety of issues, including civil partnerships, cohabitation, domestic violence, legal aid, and non-molestation orders. A diverse caseload that includes both legal aid work and private matters will need to be managed by the candidate; prior legal aid experience is preferred. The team have experience offering straightforward guidance on all facets of family law.

The successful candidate will need to be commercially minded as well as be able to empathize with clients, acknowledging the importance of building professional relationships to provide support through difficult times.
