Family Solicitor

This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior family solicitor/ CILEX fee earner with a minimum of 7 years pqe to join a well regarded family law team with an award winning West Yorkshire law firm. You must be able to demonstrate a solid understanding in all areas of private family law. The role is based in Huddersfield.

The position will include predominantly privately funded work with a focus on financial work but covering all areas of family law, divorce, financial remedy, children, and pre and post nuptial agreements, to represent clients in court, and draft legal documents. Must have excellent communication and written skills, good time management skills and work to deadlines. Having the ability to build strong client relationships you will provide clients with a professional and empathetic service, coupled with a track record of meeting billing targets with a methodical approach and high levels of accuracy.
