A leading, award-winning organisation in the security and facilities management sector is seeking an experienced Head of Legal to join their UK-based leadership team. This company operates globally across multiple regions, delivering security and risk solutions to both blue-chip and public sector clients.

About the Role:

This is a strategic legal position offering a broad remit across compliance, risk, and corporate governance. You’ll act as the primary legal authority within the business, overseeing all legal matters, advising senior stakeholders, managing regulatory obligations, and shaping legal strategies to support growth and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all legal affairs for the UK and international operations.
• Provide expert advice on legal risks, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts and other legal documentation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, HR, and finance.
• Represent the business in legal proceedings and liaise with external counsel as needed.
• Ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards in all jurisdictions of operation.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with a Law degree from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrable experience in legal compliance, risk management, and corporate law.
• Strong background in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Skilled in providing legal consultation and managing complex legal issues.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Experience in the security or facilities management industry is advantageous.
