In-House Dispute Resolution Paralegal / Legal Executive

Location: Peterborough or Grantham
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Are you an experienced Paralegal or Legal Executive with a passion for dispute resolution? A thriving and well-established prestige automotive retailer is looking for a talented legal professional to join their team, handling consumer claims and ensuring fair resolutions.

About the Role:

In this dynamic in-house position, you’ll manage consumer claims (£5,000 – £35,000+), draft documents, liaise with external parties, and ensure compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Civil Procedure Rules. You’ll work closely with senior management, gaining hands-on experience.

What You Need:

• Law degree, Paralegal, or part-qualified Legal Executive (CILEx)
• Experience in consumer claims, contract disputes, civil litigation, or debt Recovery
• Strong negotiation and legal drafting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
