Insolvency Solicitor

Our client is a market leading team of Insolvency specialist solicitors who work with clients across the UK ( pre-dominantly Insolvency Practitioners/Insolvency Lawyers).

They seek to recruit a commercial litigation solicitor with insolvency experience to join the highly rated team. Ideally with 2 years pqe, you should have experience of running your own caseload using a CMS with minimal supervision and have a strong working knowledge of the CPR and practical litigation procedures and a good track record of litigation management. A newly qualified who has had a training seat in insolvency will also be considered.

In addition to technical skills and knowledge, you will demonstrate strong commercial acumen and the ability to work under pressure as well as have an aptitude to business development.
